It came to me untitled; I call it Cipher. 

Carved in the visual language of Central African masking — the ridged, banded coiffure, the pale kaolin-toned face, downcast coffee-bean eyes and diamond scarification.

It's not tied to any specific tribal tradition; a fantasy piece sourced at an antiques fair, not ceremonial regalia from a known maker or region. 

Age-consistent wear to the surface, with some pigment loss to the coiffure and a chunk of wood missing from the top rear as shown. 

This vintage wooden mask measures 37cm tall x 28cm wide. It comes ready to hang.
